To start your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization and instructions. Include your full name, order number, and item(s) you would like to return.
Beauty Product Return Policy:
- Most unopened/unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened, tested, gently used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Gift cards are nonrefundable.
- Sale Items are non-returnable.
- All sampled and trial kits are final sale.

- Zilch, Cymbiotika, Healthy Elephant, Hero Cosmetics, Hum Nutrition, Toothpaste, Oral Hygiene, Teami, Biocol, face + body tools and sponges, bar soaps, dry brushes, brushes, face rollers, cotton pads, towels/wash cloths, nail polish and tools, eye lash growth serums, false lash glue, false lashes, sample kits, travel size kits, Sale Items, Mystery and Beauty Boxes are final sale.
- If you received a gift with purchase, and choose to make a return, the gift must be included with the return to receive a full refund. You will otherwise be charged the full retail value of the gift with purchase if you choose to keep it.
- Product Defect Issues: Please send photos or a short video within 24hrs of receipt. We will need this to be able to send a replacement if the product is unusable.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning any item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. To ensure your item was received properly, we recommend you purchase a tracking number. Item(s) must be confirmed received by the valid tracking confirmation to complete a return.
- Exchanges - If you want to exchange a Beauty Product item, please return it for store credit. Once you receive your store credit you will be able to place a brand-new order for the replacement item(s). We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Clothing Return Policy:

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt of goods, using the original method of payment for unused items and store credit for used items. Feel free to email us with the tracking info if it has been more than 7 business days and your tracking info shows that we have received the package.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We require a picture of the damaged item sent to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please email image of product and delivery box.
Currently, we do not have an exchange program. If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it for a store credit. Once you receive your store credit you will be able to place a brand-new order for the replacement item(s).
