Feels very clean on the face just after one use

I'm on my second bottle of this stuff! I no longer use it as my daily face wash but I use it as a makeup remover. It works awesome as my first cleanse and I like it over an oil cleanse since it will emulsify with water and not require a wash cloth to be wiped off. If my skin gets too dry I will sub this in instead of the Fitglow Detox face wash. Love it!

I felt like this was so soothing on my face from the seaweed ingredients within this, and my face always feels fresh and clean after use! I can't complain at all because this is worth the money! A great price for a great product!

I have been using this cleanser for 2 years and I think it is a great basic cleanser. It gets rid of all my makeup and isn’t drying.

This cleanser is so gentle and soothing for those of us with sensitive and acne-prone skin. It does a nice job removing dirt and makeup and making your face feel squeaky-clean but not dry. In the cold, dry WI winters, I tend to use this only in the mornings and use a creamier moisturizer (Fitglow Calm Cleansing Milk) at night, but use the Aleavia cleanser day and night in the spring and summer.

I bought this facial cleanser based on the recommendation of one of my favorite organic beauty bloggers. Recently, my acne had been somewhat managed with a retinol-topical antibiotic combo from the dermatologist, but after being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition I decided to become more conscious of the products I put on my body. Now I am sure to use only clean products, and this facial wash has been on my to buy list for some time. From changing hormones, constantly switching thyroid medications, and stopping the prescription acne treatments my skin is ANGRY. I was scared to try anything because I felt like everything I did made it worse. I bought this due to the raving reviews and the basic ingredient list. My first impression was "eh, nothing special." But after day two I immediately noticed my skin was less oily and very soft and smooth. It is bringing all my pimples to a head, drawing them out meaning closer to clearer skin. I will say the smell is not my favorite and the packaging is a little lack luster, but the results are worth it! Another concern was the size but the consistency of the product is gel-like so it only takes a small amount to lather on your face.

I passed up buying this cleanser for a while since it was not 'fancy enough'. Crazy thinking, since I finally tried and have repurchased several times since I have been so pleased. This is gently enough for my extremely sensitive skin, and is strong enough to remove my make-up at the end of the day. I really like this cleanser.

My package came surprisingly quickly 😂 I was so happy. However, I must warn people who are thinking about purchasing this cleanser to hold off using it for about a week if you've been using another cleanser. Before I bought this product, I was using a cleanser that had toxic ingredients. The day Aleavia's cleanser arrived, I washed my face with water and then applied it to my face as usual. My skin started burning and turning red, so I rinsed it off immediately. My face burned for the rest of the day. My conclusion is that I had used the two different cleansers too close together (the old cleanser for several consecutive weeks, and then suddenly Aleavia's the night after) and my face just wasn't used to it and had a bad reaction. After the bad experience I thought I was allergic 😅, but after a few days of not washing my face with anything, I tried Aleavia's again and my face was just fine. My face stayed hydrated, clean, and most blemishes have cleared up. And most importantly, no burning or redness. Would definitely purchase again
