This formula removes all my eye makeup - including waterproof - with ease. I moisten a eye round and put the remover on it and sweep it over the eye area. After application my eye area is left moisturized and clean. I highly recommend this product.

I really like this. I put some onto a cotton pad and voila it takes off all my eye make up, mascara, eye shadow, eye liner, concealer etc.. And it is safe which is most important to me, especially around my delicate eye area. Also will not dry you out. I will continue to purchase this product.
