This is a really beautiful hydrating primer. It is not overly hydrating and does not make me look oilier throughout the day, as I have combination skin. It does add a subtle glow, but you should still mix in some liquid highlighter with your foundation if you're looking for something really intense. Only thing I should note is because I do have combination/oily skin, on days I use this primer I use it as my moisturizer as well instead of also adding moisturizer prior to applying.

I cannot say enough about this primer; it’s absolutely fantastic. I have eczema around my eyes, chin, and laugh lines. This primer doesn’t dry me out too badly when I apply it to my laugh lines and the expression line I have between my eyebrows. This primer does great at plumping up my fine lines and wrinkles. I use RMS uncover up or fitglow vita active foundation and have fantastic results-no settling! This is my new go to primer, so glad I discovered this!!
