HOW TO FRESHEN UP ANY COLOR IN YOUR ARSENAL FOR SPRING

But if you are anything like me, your style is a combo of black and neutrals with a pop of color here and there. The great thing about fashion and beauty today is that you no longer have to limit your colors by seasons. Black nails in spring? Go for it. How about a bold classic red top? Yes, please. You are no longer required to play by the rules, but let’s say you are looking to freshen up your favorite colors for a fresh new look. Enter Shimmer – the ultimate spring beauty multitask.
